I tempi di consegna (dipendenti dal corriere) potranno essere di massimo 10 giorni LAVORATIVI .
I costi di consegna dipendono dal volume e dal peso della merce ordinata ma normalmente verrà applicato un costo di € 4,98 + iva (SPEDIZIONE GRATUITA per ordini superiori ai 180 euro+ iva) per ogni pacco fino ad un peso di 25kg e dimensioni massime di cm 90 per il lato più lungo e cm 130 per la somma dei tre lati.
Al momento dell'ordine verrà automaticamente applicata la tariffa appena descritta, essendo le misure più che sufficienti alla spedizione della maggior parte degli ordini.
Per pacchi di dimensioni maggiori (ad esempio per alcuni espositori vuoti, essendo di grandi dimensioni) potranno essere richieste le relative tariffe successivamente all'ordine e sempre prima della spedizione.
Eventuali resi di merce dovranno essere preventivamente accordati con GEMINI SNC e la restituzione dovrà essere accompagnata da regolare BOLLA DI RESO.
Le spese di trasporto del reso sono a carico del cliente, salvo che per errori a noi imputabili.
IN NESSUN CASO IL CLIENTE VERRA' AVVISATO TELEFONICAMENTE CIRCA L'ORARIO ED IL GIORNO DI CONSEGNA, CHE NON POTRA' AVVENIRE SU APPUNTAMENTO.
Qualora il cliente richieda una forma speciale di consegna, che comporterebbe costi aggiuntivi, il cliente dovrà farsi carico anche di tali costi aggiuntivi.
Per le spedizioni con pagamento in CONTRASSEGNO, verrà sempre applicato un supplemento di € 3,90 + iva, anche in caso di spese di consegna gratuite (per ordini oltre 180 euro + iva).
Gemini snc si riserva il diritto di modificare le condizioni ed i costi di spedizione in ogni momento e senza alcun preavviso, mantenendo comunque valide per gli ordini già inoltrati, le condizioni in vigore al momento della conferma dell'ordine stesso.
